We came across an unusual fault recently on this 2007 Kia Sedona. As you can see from the pictures, the centre hole for the crank pulley has worn out and this caused a loud noise from the engine.
This hole should be a tight fit to the crank and also have a cut out for the woodruff key.
It has worn that bad that there is no more woodruff key cut out and is the is the first time we have seen this type of fault.
